Consent to personal data processing
I authorise the tatdev operator identified in the privacy policy to process the information I provide to discuss software development: my name, contact details, task description, selected project type, budget and timing.
When I use the Telegram bot, this also covers my user and chat identifiers, profile name, username and answers saved while completing the enquiry. Messages to the bot pass through Telegram’s infrastructure.
The purpose is to receive my enquiry, clarify the task, contact me and discuss possible cooperation. Processing includes recording, storage, correction, use, access by authorised people handling the enquiry, and deletion. The enquiry source, language, technical identifier and evidence of consent are also recorded.
Consent lasts until the enquiry discussion is complete or I withdraw it using the method stated in the privacy policy. If a separate lawful basis permits retention of some data, the operator will explain it on request.
This consent does not authorise advertising or publication of my information. I confirm it using a separate checkbox on the website, or the consent button before completing the bot questionnaire and the final submission confirmation.
